　　劉寧輝：1950年出生于重慶，中共黨員，齋號(hào)：丁香雅聚、芳草堂、松寧閣主人。中國國藝人民書畫院理事;中國鄉(xiāng)土藝術(shù)協(xié)會(huì)會(huì)員;編入文化部文化藝術(shù)人才資料數(shù)據(jù)庫;國家一級(jí)美術(shù)師;中南海國禮中心藝術(shù)家;人民美術(shù)報(bào)理事會(huì)副主席;北京東方翰林書畫院名譽(yù)副院長;美協(xié)會(huì)會(huì)員;中國藝術(shù)家收藏協(xié)會(huì)名譽(yù)副會(huì)長;中國城市發(fā)展研究會(huì)城市藝術(shù)專業(yè)委員會(huì)(書畫)會(huì)員;重慶文化藝術(shù)品行業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)顧問;畫圣吳道子藝術(shù)研究館研究員;重慶市攝影家協(xié)會(huì)會(huì)員。深造于中國書畫涵授大學(xué)、中國攝影涵授大學(xué)。授教于姚志華、劉紹勇、白雪石、梁樹年、黃潤華等教授。

　　Liu Ninghui: born in 1950 in Chongqing, member of the Communist Party of China, Zhai No.: owner of lilac Yaju, fangcaotang and Songning Pavilion. Director of the people's Academy of calligraphy and painting of China Guoyi; member of the Chinese Local Art Association; incorporated into the cultural and art talent database of the Ministry of culture; national first-class artist; artist of the Guoli center in the South China Sea; vice president of the Council of the people's art newspaper; honorary vice president of Beijing Oriental Academy of calligraphy and painting; member of the United States Association; Honorary vice president of the Chinese artists Collection Association; China Urban Development Research Association Member of Urban Art Professional Committee (calligraphy and painting); consultant of Chongqing Cultural Art Industry Association; researcher of wudaozi Art Research Institute of Huasheng; member of Chongqing Photographers Association. 　　范曾老師對(duì)劉寧輝先生的作品點(diǎn)評(píng)如下：觀賞劉先生藝術(shù)結(jié)晶，作品給人以造型生動(dòng)，構(gòu)圖多變，色彩明麗，雋氺淡雅之印象。他用筆灑脫，格調(diào)清新。濃厚中寓清淡，嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)中見靈活。細(xì)觀之，其畫潑墨點(diǎn)染，把物象刻劃得豐富又生動(dòng)飽滿，使畫面呈現(xiàn)出清新秀麗的意境，從而更加優(yōu)美、細(xì)膩、流暢、樸拙、生動(dòng)。“繼承古法，有所創(chuàng)新，藝無止境，不斷前進(jìn)?！眲⑾壬鷮?duì)于古典藝術(shù)，不僅學(xué)習(xí)技法，而且體會(huì)了其中的韻致。有了很好的領(lǐng)悟，并且在循序漸進(jìn)中不斷探索，最終，形成自己獨(dú)有的藝術(shù)風(fēng)格。

　　2017年由中國文聯(lián)出版社出版發(fā)行孝經(jīng)《駱承烈著》劉大為、劉寧輝、范曾、鐵凝圖文同步編入。2018年劉寧輝書畫藝術(shù)在環(huán)球行之書畫國內(nèi)快訊、環(huán)球行收藏網(wǎng)、人民網(wǎng)海外版作了重點(diǎn)介紹。中央新聞電影制片廠老故事頻道《筑夢空間》制作;建國七十周年當(dāng)代杰出藝術(shù)家展播--劉寧輝.人民號(hào)--匯聚人民的力量。2019年由中國國際出版社出版發(fā)行一帶一路·一代名師《蘇士樹、范迪安、劉寧輝》。蘇士樹主席給劉寧輝先生提寫榜書《人民藝術(shù)家》。2020年04月—“防控疫情—眾志成城--藝術(shù)家在行動(dòng)藝術(shù)展覽”中，為祖國做出杰出貢獻(xiàn)，中華人民共和國文化和旅游部，特授予“藝術(shù)界抗疫英雄”榮譽(yù)稱號(hào)。

　　In 2017, Liu Dawei, Liu Ninghui, fan Zeng and Tie Ning, the works of Luo Chenglie, published by China Federation of literary and Art Press, were compiled simultaneously. In 2018, Liu Ninghui's calligraphy and painting art made a key introduction in the domestic express of calligraphy and painting, the global bank collection network, and the overseas edition of people's network. 　　2020年01月美術(shù)作品已被收藏天下全國數(shù)字電視頻道選播并展出。授予〈最具收藏價(jià)值藝術(shù)家〉。

　　山水畫入選入編2006年、2008年卷《中國城市年鑒》、個(gè)人傳收入《中國攝影家全集》。
